Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Customers can cancel orders before shipping dispatch by emailing us at info@shreekanha.com or calling support. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

2. Return Standards

Due to the natural and personal nature of Ayurvedic oils, supplements, and cosmetics, products cannot be returned unless received in a damaged or wrong state. Reports must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
